My 40th Birthday Celebration

This year, by the grace of God, I reached a milestone year! I celebrated my 40th birthday! I woke up thanking God for the blessing of letting me see another day, another hour, another minute, another second...all wrapped up into 40 years of life. I've experienced so much in my lifetime, good and bad, but one thing I can say for certain is that, I've been so blessed every step of the way.

This year was the very first year that I decided to focus on "me" and one of my goals was to make sure that I enjoyed myself, so -- I treated myself to a luxurious getaway weekend! The planner in me took time to plan an incredible weekend, despite the pandemic, despite the limitations, I wanted to enjoy myself, safely for my 40th Birthday...and that's just what I did. 

For starters, my bestfriend and my mom came to visit me from Michigan! To kickstart my weekend, my family and I dined at The Cheesecake Factory and the weekend of my birthday I took a "Girls" roadtrip to enjoy myself! Check out my recap video below on my YouTube Channel!
